Here is how I plan to allow my dog a fighting chance to live…
9am – Gabapentine 300mg (how do I know if he needs this still they have it every 8 hours)
8:30 am to 10:30am FEEDING (1- 1 1/2cup)
(So far one cup one piece at a time)
9:30am – Budesonide
10:15am – Enrofloxacin 150mg
12pm (and 12 am) – Clavacillin 62.5mg
With our without food -give no matter what
—-(He had been getting the injection in the day time and a pill at night up until today where he will be taking 2 pills a day) – *may need more because the surgeon said to stay on it for two weeks but only gave us a weeks worth—
(I still have to figure out when to give him the pre for pro s boulardii supplement from animal biome as it says two hours between antibiotics)
4pm – 5:30pm FEEDING (1 – 1 2/2 cup goal)
4:30pm Proviable
5pm – Gabapentine
(Possibly the GMP supplement here?)
11:30pm to 1am (feeding goal 1-1 1/2cups)
11:59am -Tylosin 325mg
12:00 am – Clavacillin 62.5mg
1am – Gabapentine

I had to come up with this schedule on my own given what he needs to take to beat an alleged ruptured cysts from prostate infection and enlarged prostate with his Irritable Bowel Disease pre existing condition. As you know Ultimino dog food by royal canine is the only food he is allowed to eat given he is allergic to most everything and his gut can’t tolerate proteins!!
